How do I purchase your product?

Products can be purchased on our website at themoonbaygroup.com or any of our social media platforms @themoonbaygroup on IG / Facebook and on LinkedIn @moonbay group.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) for all clients. For Nigerian clients who wish to pay in Naira, we accept Naira payment. Simply pay into our local bank account.

What if my goods get damaged?

At Moonbay Group we do our best to make sure all goods are delivered safely without any defects. However, during shipping unexpected circumstances do occur which can cause damage to goods.  So we do recommend our clients to insure all goods against damages.

What happens if there is a delay?

We will communicate with clients when there is a delay at the port due to customs or port congestions. Please do understand that these events are completely out of our control and there is nothing we can do about delays at customs.

Do you offer customs clearance?

Yes we provide door to door service for our clients. This simply means that you do not have to worry about all the customs paperwork.

Is Moonbay Group a freight Company

No, we are not a freight company. However, we have partnered with reliable freight forwarding companies to help conduct logistics, in order to create a one stop solution for clients.

How do you check a supplier’s legal status?

Before working with any supplier, we request for their business license to ensure that they are a legal entity in China. we also make assessments based on the companies registered capital and location. In addition, we also utilize our networks in different provinces to verify the company.

What is the lead time to get a quote for a product?

This depends on the type of product.  But usually within 3days.

How long does it take for delivery to be made after payment?

Two to three weeks, please note that delivery time is dependent on the quantity of goods being purchased. Delivery from the port to customers doorstep take 2 – 3 days

Do you handle negotiations with suppliers on clients behalf?

Yes, we handle all negotiations on behalf of our clients

Do you visit all your suppliers?

This depends on the client’s requirements and the volume of goods sourced.

What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

In the event that a client is not satisfied with their order, we first hear the problems of the client and then we work together to find a solution. All complaints of our clients are valid, and we ensure that they do not have any. It is also important to note that we do not issue any refunds after payments have been made to the supplier.
