Our quality control service involves checking goods for compliance with our client’s specifications and requirements, primarily focusing on checking the appearance, construction, and basic function of products. The other key purpose of quality control is to help our clients identify and address any quality defects in products before reaching customers.

We have a comprehensive supplier/manufacturer vetting process. Clients can choose to join the vetting process by attending virtual calls between the Moonbay and the suppliers.
In addition to this, we often visit our suppliers factory to conduct factory inspections and product check.
