Quality Control
Our quality control service involves checking goods for compliance with our client’s specifications and requirements, primarily focusing on checking the appearance, construction, and basic function of products. The other key purpose of quality control is to help our clients identify and address any quality defects in products before reaching customers.
We have a comprehensive supplier/manufacturer vetting process. Clients can choose to join the vetting process by attending virtual calls between the Moonbay and the suppliers.
In addition to this, we often visit our suppliers factory to conduct factory inspections and product check.
Freight Forwarding
We are capable of providing complete and tailor-made logistics solution for our customers depending on their requirement. We ship products either via Sea or Air to any location in the world. this is simply due to our partnership with multiple reliable freight companies.
We follow proper packaging, documentation and labelling guidelines for all shipment.
